As a spiritual director, I offer a safe, unhurried space for you to explore your relationship with God. You don’t need to have it all together or know what you’re looking for. Whether you’re in a season of clarity or doubt, desire or dryness, spiritual direction is a place to be deeply listened to—with God and with another person.
My approach is spacious, gentle, and contemplative. I draw on the Christian tradition, listening prayer, and the wisdom of the Enneagram to help you notice what God might be saying or inviting you into.
I’m trained in spiritual direction and have years of experience walking alongside people in ministry, leadership, and everyday life. I love creating space for people to be real, to breathe, and to connect more deeply with God.
